The USDA/Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA/ARS/SEA, Location Support Staff, Fort Pierce, FL location. Seeking contractor to provide: Liquid Nitrogen - Anticipated full tank volume, Twice a month tank refill Estimated 41,100 SCF/Delivery (May or may not represent future requirements) 24 deliveries/year (2 deliveries/month) Delivery Charge – Twice a month refill/24 deliveries a year Hazmat Charge – twice a month refill/24 deliveries a year Liquid Nitrogen Tank Rental (500 gallon) – monthly rental (12 months) Telemetry Rental – monthly rental (12 months) Property Tax Tank Rental – estimated annual cost Period of Performance: March 2021 – March 2022 Responses should include: Organization Name, address, contact phone number, e-mail address, and web site address.
