The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decision(s) and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The USDA-ARS, Robert W. Holley Center is seeking a source to provide a minimum of twelve (12) maintenance visits per contract year which includes upgrades to the Johnson Controls HVAC Metasys System at 538 Tower Road, Ithaca NY 14853. All interested parties who can perform services on the Johnson Controls HVAC Metasys System shall provide an email response to this notice and include the following: Evidence of Certification to be able to perform the manufacturer authorized maintenance and upgrades on the Johnson Control Metasys Systems, Company name, Address, Point of contact, Phone, fax, and email, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business. All responses must be received no later than Friday, March 5, 2021, by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Times (EST) local time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this source sought synopsis request.
