The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources; (2) whether they are small businesses; HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small businesses; veteran-owned small businesses; woman-owned small businesses; or small disadvantaged businesses; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. A firm that is not considered a small business under NAICS code 111150 or 111110 should not submit a response to this notice. The requirement is for Mycogen (Brevant) Brand Seed Corn: 40 Bags – BMR15B15 (80,000 seeds per bag) (BREVANT # B15B75SX) (Mycogen (Manufacturer) changed their seed name to Brevant) Soybeans: 80 Units – B349RX Bulk Box 80 Units – B399RX Bulk Box Location Pickup/Delivery Requirements: Seed dealer must be located within 60 miles of 10300 Baltimore Ave , Beltsville, MD 20705 to provide free delivery/return or allow for pick up and return of unused seed by USDA staff. Corn seed must be available for pickup by April 1, 2021 and soybean seed by May 4, 2021 or delivered to Beltsville Facility by such dates.
