HOLLEY CENTER, Ithaca, NY 14853 Minimum Requirements – THIS IS AMENDMENT TO THE FOLLOWING – SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE TO ADD – THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT – "The Total Assurance Plan ensures top priority response times for all service incidents (both preventative and corrective). All costs of corrective maintenance are covered and there are no additional charges for parts labor or travel. There is no limit to the number of corrective maintenance incidents covered." The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is searching for Small Business firms who can provide: The Total Assurance Plan (TAP) provides one Performance Maintenance (PM) visits per year from November 26, 2020 to November 25, 2021. Very Important – Preventative Maintenance visit shall be ( mandatorily ) carried out out by a Waters Licensed and Factory trained engineer - who shall replace all parts subject to wear as defined in the product specific PM checklist (See below). All parts are guaranteed genuine Waters parts, and are included in a comprehensive PM parts kit which is provided for the PM visit. The PM visit will take place at any time during the year of coverage at the request of the client and subject to the availability of parts and service engineers.
