The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the Corvallis location for turnkey supply, delivery, and complete installation of four 15' cutdown containers with light switch, 4ft LED lights installed, exterior junction box, louvered vent 12x12, turbine vent and delivery to Corvallis OR. This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for quaotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information. North American Industry Classification System (NCAIS) code for the proposed acqisition, 321991. Your responses to the inforamtion requested will assist the Government indetermining the appropraite acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The goverment is seeking capability statement from businesses capable of meeting the below minimum specification requirements: 1 15' CD USED 15' Cutdown Container, 15' Cut to size refurbished used shipping container *High cube exterior height *Tan exterior / Primer white *7ft Wide roll up door for entrance on one end 1 Modification:Electrical (1)Light switch Light switch installed at standard height on right side of interior when looking into the container from the roll up door end 2 Modification:Electrical (2)4ft LED Lights installed 1 Modification:Electrical Exterior Junction Box Exterior weather resistant junction box *Installed on roof, centered--roughly 1/3rd back from closed end of container 1 Modification:Louvered Vent - 12x12 Louvered Vent - 12x12 12''x12'' Louvered vent installed rear wall center, 6'' off interior floor. 1 Modification:Turbine Vent Turbine Vent Roof Wind turbine vent installed center, 1/3rd of the way back from roll up door end. 1 Transportation Deliver Empty USDA - ARS - Corvallis Interested parties must respond with capability statements by email to jennifer.olson2@usda.gov on or befroe November 7, 2020 at 3:00PM Pacific Daylight Time.
