SOLICITATION AS PER ATTACHED -- The USDA seeks expertise to continue developing links between the IRI scanner data and USDA’s Agricultural Research Service (ARS) food group and nutrient data. In addition, USDA seeks expertise to estimate prices for foods reported consumed by participants in the What We Eat in America, the dietary component of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (WWEIA/NHANES), using IRI scanner data, and develop retail ingredient quantities for the foods in WWEIA/NHANES.
