Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies (except toilet paper), supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Restroom cleaning services in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained herein. Government shall furnish toilet paper. Any refuse from restrooms must be removed from National Forest. Contractor will report any observed damage, or vandalism to FS representative. Government will be responsible for facility maintenance including replacement of broken or vandalized items and vault pumping.
