This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number 1010387NPSWM is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 334516 Laboratory Equipment and Supplies is applicable. Interested offerors must submit their proposal with the price on a separate sheet to althea.paul@usda.gov by 09/25/2020 @ 12:00 a.m. Price shall include all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, service warranty costs, shipping costs, discount terms and any additional discounts offered from the standard pricing to your most favorable customer. All responses will be evaluated. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in September 2020 to the offeror with the best value to the Government . Product Specification/Service description: Large Lab Grinder Specifications lyophilizer minimum required features: 1. Shall have at least 4-5 shelves with total shelf area no less than 6.12 ft² (5686 cm² or 0.57m²) with at least 5.5” clearance between shelves 2. Shall have >=35L condenser capacity 3. Shall have a Shelf temperature range: -40ºC to -70ºC 4. Shall have a Condenser low temperature capability: no less than -55ºC 5. Shall have a footprint no greater than 50 in wide x 38.7 in deep x 75.75 in tall 6. Shall have a vacuum time to 100 mtor < 20 min 7. Shall have temperature uniformity of ±1.0o C 8. Shall have On-site delivery with required first time setup, training, and test runs for the equipment, accompanying hardware and all associated software. 9. Shall have a one-year warranty on parts and labor for all equipment systems and two years on the refrigeration.
