The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, intends to issue a request for proposals to repair and replace portions of a hangar roof at Moore Air Base, Edinburg, Texas. The project includes removing an existing foam roof system and installing a silicone-based roof coating. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
