The U.S. Forest needs electronic access to standards nationwide, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as the other 48 states. The standards need to be sharable with contractors working with the Forest Service on building projects, etc. Standards shall be accessible through IP authentication with no additional sign in needed. Standards shall be available to be downloaded to individual computers with no additional software needed to open the pdf’s other than Adobe Acrobat reader. Standards will be automatically updated throughout the year as new standards and updates to standards come out with no additional charges. Allow additional standards to be added throughout the year with additional payment.
