This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. NEA Pasture Systems & Watershed Management has a need/requirement for Direct Push Soil and Rotary Coring/Drilling Machine to support on-going watershed research. The North East Area (NEA) is issuing this Sources Sought request as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide the aforementioned services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining whether there are adequate sources available from which to receive competitive proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 423820 - Farm and Garden Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. For a company to qualify as a small business, the small business standard is 1250 employees or less.
