This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation announcement for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number 1006293NPSWM is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 corrections. North American Classification Code (NAICS) 334516 Laboratory equipment is applicable. Interested offerors must submit their Proposals for building the trailer mounted treatment system with pricing on a separate sheet(s) of paper as per attached specifications and pricing list. All responses will be evaluated. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in July 2020 to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. Product Specification/Service description: Build trailer mounted Liquid/Solid separation system for the removal of solids and phosphorus from liquid animal manures. All proposals shall be submitted via email to althea.paul@usda.gov by Friday July 3rd at 10:00 a.m. EDST. As authorized by FAR 5.102, solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and the USDA will provide no hard copies.
