SYNOPSIS: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC): is requesting information for the Nanopore Technologies GridION software licensing and maintenance. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The primary objective of issuing this Source Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability to Nanopore Technologies GridION software licensing and maintenance. The products will be used to provide sequencing and analysis for up to five individually addressable MinION or Flongle Flow Cells.
