Updated Date: 6/30/2020 The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC): is requesting information regarding the capability to process six plates (up to 564 samples) to isolate whole DNA; perform library preparation and QC; and perform library normalization and 16S sequencing. The primary objective of issuing this Source Sought Notice is to seek information from vendors with the capability to investigate the bacterial communities within distinct regions of the pig gastrointestinal tract, following feeding with a potentially beneficial fungus and Kazachstania slooffiae.
