One-year contract from 05/19/2019 to 05/18/2020 Price: $70,752.00 Question: What is the cleanable sq of the buildings? Answer: You have to go by the Scope, you won’t be cleaning the complete facility so I can’t logically answer this question, it will be discussed in the site visit. Question: Can the trash removal and recycling on T/Th be moved to M/W/F with the other regular services? That way we don't have to make a special trip just to take out the trash? Answer: Again, you need to read the scope, you would be doing more that taking out the trash, there are other duties included on those days, we need someone available 5 days a week, also other vendors are quoting on the 5 day service. Question: Who provides the consumables such as the soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, etc? The contractor or government? In the event two or more offerors within the competitive range are considered essentially equal in terms of technical competence, the Government reserves the right to award to the offeror with the lowest realistic price. FAR 15.101-2 The Government may elect to conduct discussions with offerors whose quotes are technically acceptable (or which may be expected to be made acceptable by moderate modification) and fall within the competitive price range.
