This is a notice of the Government’s intent to proceed with a single source acquisition under the simplified acquisition threshold for commercial services. The Contractor is Zuckerman Gravely Management, Inc. located in Chevy Chase, MD. The Contractor will be responsible for providing weekly electrostatic spraying services and Chlorinated tablets to disinfect the offices at the Pretrial Services Agency for District of Columbia (PSA) located at 601 Indiana Avenue, NW in Washington, DC 20004. PSA has a lease agreement with BHB Limited Partnership for office spaces at 601 Indiana Avenue in Washington, DC. BHB Limited Partnership has the right of approval for any Contractor to work in the building since it is the company’s property. Zuckerman Gravely Management, Inc. is the property management company that manages the building. The management company will be responsible for providing the required sanitation services at 601 Indiana Avenue. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Zuckerman Gravely under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b). The anticipated period of performance is one (1) base period, two (2) option years, and one (1) option period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8. This notice is being provided pursuant to FAR 5.101(a)(1), 5.201(b)(1)(i), and 5.204. Contractors that believe they can provide the required services may respond to this notice. The response shall include a brief description of the company's capabilities and business size (large or small). Contractors shall email their information to Evron.Rollins@psa.gov no later than (NLT) 12:00 noon EST by September 9, 2020. Only email submissions will be accepted.
