CSOSA EXPECTS TO RESOLICT IN THE FUTUIRE CSOSA is seeking qualified/capable firms that can provide install, perform quarterly inspection, maintenance and replenishment of 33, Type I, Class B first aid kits located throughout all CSOSA sites in the Metropolitan District of Columbia area. The RFQ will be advertised as a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 423450, Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus three 12-month option periods).

The requirement will also require the quarterly inspection, reporting, and replenishment/refill of the first aid kit. CSOSA is seeking qualified/capable firms that can provide installation, perform quarterly inspection, reporting, and replenishment/refill of thirty-three (33) Type I, Class B first aid kits located throughout all CSOSA sites located in the District of Columbia. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be advertised as a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 423450, Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus three 12-month option periods). A formal solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around August 22, 2025. Interested parties must monitor SAM.gov to identify when a RFQ may be issued. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. CSOSA will not issue hard copies of the solicitation. All responsible quoters are invited to submit a response.
