This is a solicitation for the procurement of ServiceWise Software Renewal. The award for this requirement will be for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The single source justification for this acquisition is included as Attachment J-1 to the posted solicitation. Interested entities may identify interest and capability to respond to future similar requirements. However, this notice is not intended to be a request for competitive quotes from any source other than TechExcel, Inc. the manufacturer of this software. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement was made and is entirely within the discretion of the Government. Any informtion received in response to this solicitation notice will be considered solely for the purpose of future requirements in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. As shown in the posted solicitation, the anticipated award will have a 12-month base license/subcription coverage period and will include two additional 12-month license/subscrption periods as options.
