Amendment 0005 provides a response to the one final question received and makes changes to the solicitation. There is no change to the quote due date as a result of this amendment. Ensure the submitted quote includes acknowlegement of all five amendments. Amendment 0004 revises the contract line items included in the solicitation on pages 2 through 11 and revises Attachment J-19, Solicitation Price Sheet to reflect the lab refrigerator added via Amendment 0003 to the list of lab refrigerators identified in Attachment J-5, Lab Refrigerator Preventative Maintenance Services, section 2, Table 1. There is no change to the quote due date as a result of this amendment. Amendment 0003 provides responses to all questions received and makes changes to the solicitation. There is no change to the quote due date as a result of this amendment. Amendment 0002 is issued to clarify that no partial quotes will be accepted. Amendment 0001 is issued to post Attachment J-3 to solicitation 9594CS24Q0010 which was inadvertently ommitted at the time the solicitation was initially posted. This solicitation is for custodial and other support services at various CSOSA locations. The information required with any submitted quote is outlined in Section L. All quotes submitted must comply with all submission requirements identified in Section L. Services include: Janitorial Grounds Maintenance Pest Control Trash/Recycling Removal/Disposal Lab Refrigerator Preventative Maintenance (PM) Vehicle Gate PM Fitness Equipment PM Additional Services (as specified) A site visit is scheduled for any interested entities to participate. See Section L for details regarding the site visit date(s) and registration. All quotes must be submitted by the due date identified in Section L.
