This is a solicitation for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's Re-Entry and Sanction Center (RSC) located at 1900 Massachusetts Avenue, SE, Washington, DC, 20003 for LINEN SERVICES. CSOSA has a requirement to provide linen services to the RSC, which is a 7 day per week, 365 day per year, residential facility. The RSC can house up to 102 Residents (15 woman and 87 men), but due to COVID-19 precautions in place, it is currently organized into residential units. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and transportation required to provide the linen service as described, to include pickup, delivery, cleaning, sanitizing, and ironing. This includes both the linen provided by the Contractor and linen belonging to the RSC. Delivery of clean linen, and the corresponding pick up of soiled linen, shall take place once per week, on a date and time which is mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The RFQ will be advertised as a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 812331, Linen Supply. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a total of two years (one base year plus one option year). CSOSA will not issue hard copies of the solicitation. All responsible quoters are invited to submit a response. A quoter whose submission represents the best value to the Government shall be selected for award.
