Amendment 0002 cancels solicitation 9594CS23Q0055, Legal Case Management Solution as no quotes were received in response to the solicitation. Amendment 0001 provides responses to all questions received and makes changes to the solicitation as a result of the responses. Due the number of changes to the solicitation identified in this amendment, also attached is a document titled, "Section B thru M Rev Amd 0001 03Aug23". This document incorporates all the solicitation changes identified in Amendment 0001 into the solicitation Sections B thru M. Changes are identified by yellow highlighted text. This amendment includes changes to the quote submission requirements in Section L and the evaluation criteria in Section M. All quotes submitted must include all required information identified in Section L as revised by this amendment. The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Office of General Counsel (OGC), requires a commercial off the shelf (COTS) legal case management solution to upgrade its current desktop application to a more modern, web based, feature rich system that will offer outstanding document management, easy document retrieval with extensive search capabilities and easy to use workflow capabilities associated with the operation of a legal department. In order to adhere to federal government requirements, the system must be cloud based and FedRamp compliant.
