This is a pre-solicitation notice for a forthcoming solicitation for minor alterations/renovations at 1230 Taylor Street, NW and 633 Indiana Ave, NW, both located in Washington, DC. The work includes, but is not limited to, painting and patching, minor demolition, install flooring, window pane replacement, and electrical whip installation. There are no attachments provided with this pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation and attachments will be posted when the solicitation is advertised. It is anticipated the solicitation will be published in SAM.gov by Friday, June 16, 2023. The forthcoming solicitation identifies one site visit which is scheduled for June 23, 2023 and will state that quotes are due by June 29, 2023.
