Therefore, this Amendment 0004 attaches a new file, same title, that includes the correct document, i.e., the drawing showing the electrical whip locations. This Amendment 0003 provides responses to questions received to date and makes the changes to the solicitation as a result of the questions received. The amendment includes a replacement Section C, Statement of Work, which includes numerous changes. A number of additional details regarding the work to be performed have been added to section C.3. In addition, section C.5 has been revised, a new section C.6 has been added with remaining sections being renumbered, and changes to section newly numbered sections C.10 and C.11 have been made. The changes in section C.11 reflect work can only be performed after normal working hours. In addition, this amendment replaces Attachment J-1, 633 Indiana Ave & 1230 Taylor Street Electrical Whip Location. Ensure any submitted quote is priced to align with all requirements identified in the attached revised Section C. This Amendment 0002 postpones the quote due date for solicitation 9594CS23Q0046 until further notice. An amendment responding to all additional questions received, making changes to the Statement of Work (section C), and providing a revised drawing is forthcoming. This amendment will reschedule teh quote due date. Among the above listed changes, this forthcoming amendment changes the work schedule to after normal working hours on Mon-Fri and to work being performed on weekends. More specific information regarding work hours and a revised completion date will be provided. This Amendment 0001 adds an attachment to Section J that identies the location for installation of the electrical whips and extends the question due date. There is no change to the quote due date identified in the solicitation, Section L.6, i.e., “Thursday, June 29, 2022 at 5pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).” A separate amendment will be issued responding to questions received. This acquisition is for minor alterations/renovations at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency locations 1230 Taylor St., NW, Washington, DC, 20011 and 633 Indiana Ave, NW, Washington, DC, 20004. The work includes but is not limited to painting and patching, minor demolition, install carpet tile flooring, windowpane replacement, and electrical whip installation. The attached solicitation identifies one site visit. All interested entities are encouraged to register (via email) and attend.
