The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) of the District of Columbia has a requirement to seek accommodations for parking of 15 vehicles (15 unreserved spaces) within .33 miles (walking) or less from CSOSA downtown work site located at 800 N Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC 20002. The resultant contract is anticipated to be a total of 4 years (one base year plus three option years). The parking garage must provide twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) access for agency employees to park their vehicles. The quoter shall provide a proof or certificate that the contractor has full operations of the parking garage throughout the life to the contract. This solicitation is in reference to Notice with the 9594CS23Q0009, which was in error. The correct solicitation number is 9594CS23Q0019.
