The Contractor is to relocate Kimball office furniture at 601 Indiana Ave, NW, Washington, DC, 20004, it 1230 Taylor St., NW, Washington, DC, 20011 and 633 Indiana Ave, NW, Washington, DC, 20004, purchasing only additional furniture components/parts required to complete the re-instalaltion of the current furniture. The existing Kimball furniture located at 601 Indiana Ave, NW is currently covered under the original manufacturer warranty, CSOSA requires a local Kimball authorized dealer (i.e., local to Washington DC) to perform the work identified in the solicitation Statement of Work to maintain the manufacturer warranty.
