Amendment 0002 provides responses to all questions received. All quotes must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by submitting a signed copy of the 1st page of the amendment, i.e., the SF30. There is no change to the quote due date identified in the solicitation Section L. Amendment 0001 makes changes to Section C of the solicitation. The amendment adds a paragraph to Section C regarding access to the facility and replaces the solicitation language regarding the deliverable, i.e., the Property Condition Report (PCR). All quotes must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by submitting a signed copy of the 1st page of the amendment, i.e., the SF30. The Contractor shall conduct a Property Condition Assessment for the facility located at 3720 Martin Luther King Avenue, SE, Washington DC using methods and procedures that are consistent with standard commercial and customary practice as outlined in ASTM International’s Standard E2018-15, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Condition Assessment Process. A resultant Property Condition Report shall be delivered.
