The attached Amendment 0002 provides responses to two additional questions received and makes a correction to a typographical error in solicitation section L.4.4.1.3. Acknowledgement of this amendment must be provided with any submitted quote. Ensure all submission requirements identified in solicitation Section L.4 are included in any submitted quote. The quote due date is not extended. The attached Amendment 0001 provides responses to all questions received and makes changes to the solicitation. No more questions are allowed. Acknowledgement of this amendment must be provided with any submitted quote. Ensure all submission requirements identified in solicitation Section L.4 are included in any submitted quote. The quote due date is not extended. CSOSA currently has an electronic security system (ESS) which includes the following: An access control system (ACS), i.e., RS2Access IT®, which is used for controlling access, monitoring alarms, producing CSOSA proximity cards, and Federal Personal Identification Verification (PIV) SmartCards; A video management system (VMS) consisting of interior and exterior cameras located at various CSOSA facilities; and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Bosch®-Remote Programming System (Bosch® RPS), located at various CSOSA facilities. In addition to the above, alarm monitoring services are required. The resultant award from this solicitaiton will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Task orders for alarm monitoring, ESS repairs and, when required, new installations will be issued against the awarded BPA. Section L of the posted solicitation identifies the date for a site visit of the facility identified in the Sample Project Statement of Work, the due date for all questions, and the due date for the submission of all quotes.
