The objective of this purchase order is for the Contractor to provide Supportive Housing services (up to 180 days) within the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia to prepare offenders for independent living and improved capacity for employment and housing stability. A successful participant will demonstrate progress towards employment and the ability to contribute financially to the cost of stable housing wherever they may reside. This includes placement in an independent living program.
