Parking requirements. The agency is seeking accommodations for 15 monthly, unreserved parking spaces, within .33 miles (walking) or less from a parking garage to CSOSA downtown work site 800 North Capitol St. NW Washington, DC 20004. The garage must be a fully-enclosed and each parking level shall have access to an elevator lobby to exit via the garage’s associated building lobby onto a street. The garage must have an attendant station which performs security oversight. In the proposal, vendor to inform the Agency the security features of their parking facilities. The parking spaces will be single-spaced, no double parking required. The garage must allow the drivers to ability self-park their own vehicles (vs. the attendants).The garage will have a phone number visible near the attendant station inside of the garage, if a parker has an issue with their parking space after the garage is closed. C.2.1 The successful offeror shall be required to mail the next month’s monthly parking passes in enough time for the agency to receive them 10 business days prior to the end of the current parking month.
