The garage must be a fully-enclosed and each parking level shall have access to an elevator lobby to exit via the garage’s associated building lobby onto a street. The garage must have an attendant station which performs security oversight. In the proposal, vendor to inform the Agency the security features of their parking facilities. The parking spaces will be single-spaced, no double parking required. The garage must allow the drivers to ability self-park their own vehicles (vs. the attendants).The garage will have a phone number visible near the attendant station inside of the garage, if a parker has an issue with their parking space after the garage is closed.
