This is a Request for Information (RFI) and a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for Annual AmeriCorps State and National Grantee Symposium (Virtual) as further defined in the attached statement of work (SOW). As part of its market research, AmeriCorps is issuing this RFI/SSN to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of fulfilling the requirements as further described in the SOW and to solicit industry feedback on the requirements. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The SOW describes only the currently contemplated virtual training conference needed and may vary from the final Listing of Requirements included in any Request for Quotations (RFQ). This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of AmeriCorps’ market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. This RFI is posted to FBO. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which AmeriCorps can issue any orders. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government does not intend to award an order based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked “Proprietary” will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. AmeriCorps will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. Interested firms should submit a capabilities package (not exceeding 5 pages of text and 50 pages of commercial brochures and specification sheets) demonstrating the software’s capability to meet the requirements. Packages should include the following information: (1) Business name, address, CAGE Code or DUNS number, and business size under a NAICS code. (2) If a small business, identify small business type (HUBZone, SDVOSB, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business, etc.). (3) Demonstration of how the firm is capable of fulfilling the services stated in the SOW. (4) The firm’s contract number with GSA eBuy or other Government Wide Agency Contracts, as appropriate. (5) Any capabilities that your firm believes are essential or desirable that were not included in the SOW that should be included. Do not submit pricing information in response to this RFI.
