AmeriCorps is conducting market research through an RFI to identify qualified GSA MAS contractors capable of performing comprehensive training support services for the VISTA Support Unit. The scope includes training design and delivery, virtual and in-person instruction, webinar production, curriculum development, training evaluation, English-Spanish translation and interpretation, and project management. The anticipated contract would have a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. Interested contractors must demonstrate full-scope capability, relevant experience, staffing capacity, Spanish-language capability, and subcontracting approach within a 3-5 page response. This is an RFI only, not a solicitation, and only respondents demonstrating capability will be considered for the subsequent solicitation.
