This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, bids, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. AmeriCorps is seeking an accessible web-based service application for electronic filing, tracking, and reviewing of the OGE-450 financial disclosure form for all federal government employees required to file this form. The platform or software will need to provide simple, reliable online access to Form 450, filers’ reports, report and filer status tracking, and customizable automatic email notification capacity for filers and Administrators/Reviewers. The application must allow AmeriCorps to administer the system; and AmeriCorps employees must complete and submit a filing, and manage filers and filings in the application.
