The AmeriCorps Office of General Counsel (OGC) advises on all legal matters that arise as AmeriCorps carries out its mission, programs, and activities. As part of its duty, OGC is seeking the means to reliably file and track Confidential Financial Disclosure forms (OGE Form 450s) to fulfill the Agency’s legal ethics obligation. Independently and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government as needed to provide the requirement for the product/service as follows: Software to file and track the OGE Form 450 (Conidential Financial Discolosure Report).
