The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to issue a modification to a sole source award to Executive Information Systems, LLC., 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600 P.O. Box 34076 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076 for the SAS Product Licenses and Hosting Services. Modification Justification is attached. CPSC is authorized to enter into contracts for equipment and services required to investigate the safety of consumer products and for improving the safety of such products (5 U.S. C. § 2054). CPSC intends to negotiate this modification requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253(c)1. The sole source procurement will be a modification to an awarded Task Order off of a GSA Schedule in accordance with FAR Part 8 and 12 procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.
