The CFPB requires continued contractor support for the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of its Automated Background Investigation System (ABIS), a personnel security system supporting administrative processing and transmission of investigative information for background investigation and vetting activities. The objective is to ensure ABIS availability, reliability, security, and functionality while adapting to evolving CFPB operational needs and government-wide personnel vetting policies, standards, and technologies. Contractor support includes ongoing system maintenance, technical support, configuration and software updates, maintenance of existing interfaces and data exchanges, and development of approved enhancements to support CFPB business requirements. The contractor will also support ABIS modernization to address evolving Federal personnel vetting initiatives, including Trusted Workforce 2.0, and must account for requirements from OPM, DCSA, PAC PMO, and other applicable Federal entities.
