The Bureau needs feedback and insights from the public as a vital part of developing digital tools, outreach methods, and products to ensure that we are investing in ideas and solutions that match the needs of our target audience(s) and are usable. Conducting this research and usability testing on all Bureau products is required by Bureau Leadership to ensure that Bureau resources are being invested wisely. The Bureau seeks a SaaS remote user testing/research platform to fulfill this need.
