The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or “the Bureau”) seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to obtain investigative services during the formal phase of the EEO formal complaint process, as required by 29 CFR §§1614.106, 1614.108, 1614.204, the EEOC’s Management Directive 110, and as further specified in Appendix A (CFPB SOP for Investigations) or other CFPB-specific guidance provided. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13. Per the guidelines discussed herein, CFPB requests that you provide a response to this RFP. Based upon the evaluation of Proposals received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Bureau intends to issue a single award but reserves the right to make no awards. Offerors must be able to meet the minimum requirements as specified in this RFP. Please note that this procurement is set aside for 8(a) certified small business. Other than 8(a) small business will not be considered for award.
