The CFPB requires certain data and research to develop strategies and policies and to inform the Bureau's own research and rulemaking. This requirement is for quantitative and qualitative research services in several areas of interest to the Bureau, specifically in payments markets. The Bureau relies on comprehensive data, estimates, and forecasts on which to base policies and engagement with industry partners. The products and services include: - Direct access to the research team - All written research deliverables (research reports, notes and viewpoints) - Access to all related presentations and webcasts - Analyst inquire support - Onsite meetings with members of the research team - Subscription to the following areas (up to 45 login or licenses): -Credit Advisory Service -Debit Advisory Service -Prepaid Advisory Service -Emerging Technologies Advisory Service -Banking Channels Advisory Service -Customer Monitor Survey Series Market research shows a few firms with related capabilities, but none with the depth and breadth of data currently provided. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however the Government will consider responses received by the closing date from any vendor that believes they can provide the same services and demonstrates their capability to do so in written response to this notice. Responses must include submitted via email to Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov no later than 12:00pm ET on June 29, 2023. Telephone responses or inquiries will NOT be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
