The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or Bureau) is seeking the right to use mortgage origination, performance, and modification data for a 12-month base period and for up to four 12-month government option periods, and the right to use and maintain an archive of the acquired data to support “Work Product” and “Existing Work Product” (as defined in the RFP) for a period of five years after the base period or the last exercised option year (if exercised), whichever is later.
