AMENDMENT 0003 An amendment is made to check and include FAR 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns (SEP 2021) (if the offeror elects to waive the preference, it shall so indicate in its offer) (15 U.S.C. 657a). CLOSING DATE IS NOT EXTENDED This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or “the Bureau”) seeks to obtain contractor services to support CFPB's Office of Human Capital (OHC) in the program areas of performance management, awards and recognition, and bureau -wide learning programs for the CFPB’s OHC. Required support includes expertise and experience with the Cornerstone OnDemand Performance Management product (inCompass). The Contractor shall provide support to CFPB for the performance management, awards and recognition, and bureau wide learning programs will consist of six separate categories of work to include: daily help desk support, analytical and administrative support, awards and recognition transaction processing, training and communication support, Cornerstone OnDemand (inCompass) performance management software platform support, and program area subject matter expertise support. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13.
