The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Examination and Supervision function has a need for training services for its compliance examiners, supervisory and enforcement personnel, consumer response personnel and other employees who need training at various levels of knowledge and capabilities (foundational, intermediary, and proficient). The training requires compliance examiners and employees to understand the business operations of financial institutions that they will be examining; the consumer financial laws, rules, and regulations enforced by the CFPB or other agencies with which it will coordinate; and how to conduct an examination. Other CFPB employees that staff the consumer complaint response center, handle enforcement matters, or supervise any of these CFPB functions may also take the training. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine vendor capability and request feedback, comments and suggestions related to CFPB requirements. Interested vendors are asked to respond no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2020. Responses shall be sent via e-mail to Jerry Salinas at Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov and Corey Wright at Corey.Wright@cfpb.gov. Please review the attached Financial Compliance Training RFI for full details.
