The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) 9531CB21R0001 is to acquire a disability insurance carrier to provide disability insurance benefits to CFPB employees, as outlined in the RFP. The resulting contract will be Fixed Unit Price with one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option years, not to exceed five (5) years, if all options are exercised. The Technical and Price Proposal must be received by 3pm ET December 1, 2020 and shall be emailed to both Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov and Vanessa.delToro@cfpb.gov. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by 3pm November 20, 2020 to both Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov and Vanessa.delToro@cfpb.gov. Responses to questions will be answered through the Contract Opportunities website in the form of an amendment to the solicitation.
