The resulting contract will be Fixed Priced with Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA) with a Base and four one-year Option Years not to exceed (5) years, if all options are exercised. The Technical and Price Proposal must be received by October 9, 2020, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and shall be emailed to both Vanessa.delToro@cfpb.gov and Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by September 30, 2020, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and e-mailed to both Vanessa.delToro@cfpb.gov and Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov. All responses to questions will be answered through the beta.SAM.gov website in the form of an amendment to the solicitation.
