AMENDMENT 00001 - VENDOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) 9531CB20R0031 is to acquire a dental insurance carrier to provide dental insurance benefits to CFPB employees, as outlined in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) provided herein. The resulting contract will be Fixed Priced with Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA) with a Base and four one-year Option Years not to exceed (5) years, if all options are exercised. The Technical and Price Proposal must be received by October 9, 2020, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and shall be emailed to both Vanessa.delToro@cfpb.gov and Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov. Questions concerning this solicitation must be received by September 30, 2020, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and e-mailed to both Vanessa.delToro@cfpb.gov and Jerry.Salinas@cfpb.gov. All responses to questions will be answered through the beta.SAM.gov website in the form of an amendment to the solicitation.
