See the attached document for additional information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 9531CB20R0009 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP, issued under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, is to establish one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) to provide a) Paralegal/Legal Assistant Support Services and b) Legal/Attorney Support Services for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or Bureau). CFPB intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts from this RFP. The Bureau reserves the right to issue a single award or no award. Individual contracts will be issued to the Offeror/Offerors who submit(s) responses that represent the best value to the Government, as defined in this RFP. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are attached. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable, and evaluation criteria is available in the attached document. Offerors shall adhere to the requirements of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this clause are attached. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
