This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 to establish one or two Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) to obtain Diversity & Inclusion Training and E-Learning Resources for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB or Bureau). CFPB prefers to award one contract to one vendor for both task areas but reserves the right to award two IDIQ contract(s), one for each task area, to two vendors from this RFQ. The Bureau reserves the right to issue a single award, two awards, or no awards for the services requested in this RFQ. A contract will be issued to the Offeror(s) who submit(s) a response that represent the best value to the Government for each task area, as defined in this RFQ. The Bureau’s Office Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI), in furtherance of its mission to maximize the fair inclusion and utilization of minorities, women, and minority-owned and women-owned businesses in all business and activities of the agency (including in procurement), is strongly encouraging those businesses qualified to provide the services enclosed in the RFP to submit a response.
