The CFTC intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Spectrum for one year of cable television and internet service. Services will be performed at 290 Broadway, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10007. The justification is that Spectrum is the only available provider capable of meeting the requirement at that specific address. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will, however, consider written responses from other capable sources for market research purposes.
