The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to LAZ Parking Ltd. LLC for leased parking spaces located directly in/under the CFTC Headquarters building at 1155 21st Street, NW, Washington, DC. The contractor is considered the only source able to provide the service because the parking spaces are managed by LAZ Parking within that building. The period of performance is twelve months, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The government will consider responses from responsible sources to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted instead, but this notice is not a solicitation.
