The CFTC is seeking the availability of a Software-as-a-Service solution for portfolio and project management (PPM). The desired PPM system will be web-based and include hosting, system support, data management, and system administration services. In addition, the PPM system must allow the CFTC to track progress of agency projects/efforts; connect projects to strategic goals; provide real-time management and reporting of enterprise projects and their results; provide secured web access to CFTC's project information through an easy-to-use graphical interface; and allow for the import of project documents. The attached provides information the CFTC is requesting as well as what needs to be submitted.
