The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) requires a contractor to provide subscription management services to the CFTC. This includes placing and cancelling orders, paying vendors that provide the subscription, and addressing issues with the subscription vendors when there are problems with subscriptions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9523ZY-21-Q-0038. This solicitation is issued a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective March 10, 2021. The applicable NAICS code is 424920, and this is a full and open competition. Size standard: 200 employees. Dates and place of performance: The period of performance is a base period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month options. The place of performance shall be at the contractor’s facility.
